Synthesis is handled by ISO-audited US partner facilities working to GMP principles. Triumphant Labs runs the QA pipeline, third-party testing, and all release decisions.

Yes. All packages ship in plain, tamper-evident mailers with no product or brand markings on the exterior. Insulated mailers and ice packs are used when the route or season requires.

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns once a vial leaves our facility. If a product arrives damaged or fails our QA, we replace it free of charge.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for shipping but should be transferred to a freezer (-20°C or below) upon arrival. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated and used within 2–4 weeks depending on the molecule.

Bacteriostatic water is the standard reconstitution agent for most research peptides. Specific guidance for each molecule is included on the product page.
